Pricing

NOTICE: Beginning in July 2025, I will no longer be contracted with any commercial insurance plans. At that time, I will implement new rates to allow me to prioritize the following:

  • Time-based appointments for greater flexibility with your schedule and budget.
  • Straightforward pricing—know exactly what will be collected at your appointment. No surprise bills later.
  • No insurance hassle—care focused solely on your needs, without worrying about specific insurance requirements and restrictions.
  • More individualized visits—appointments tailored to your concerns, free from time and coding constraints imposed by insurance rules.
  • More affordable new patient visits—reducing barriers to chiropractic care.

Current Rates: Chiropractic care is tailored to your specific needs. Recommendations are based on a comprehensive history and examination, required to establish appropriateness and safety of chiropractic care for your condition. The new patient exam fee is $75. Established patient exam fees range from $15-30.

Most adjustments are supplemented with some form of soft tissue therapy, exercises, ergonomic or postural recommendations, and/or active home care advice. Treatment typically ranges from $30-60. For new or worsening symptoms requiring evaluation or if you have not been seen within two months, additional exam fees apply.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or missed visit creates a gap in the schedule that could have been filled by another patient. We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or reschedules. I understand life happens and will make exceptions when needed.

New patients who reschedule after a late cancellation may incur a $30 fee, and established patients may incur a $15 fee per occurrence. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Insurance Billing and Payment Policies

Insurance – In Network

I am currently contracted with Premera, LifeWise, Asuris Northwest Health, HMA, Regence BlueShield, First Choice Health Network, Kaiser, PacificSource, and Providence Health Plan. I bill these plans directly and collect any applicable copays, deductibles, or coinsurance. If you do not see your insurance above and are unsure whether I’m in-network, please reach out and I’m happy to help.

Insurance – Out of Network

For out-of-network plans, I do not bill your insurance, and you are responsible for any payment due. However, I can provide you with a superbill, which you can submit directly to your insurance company for potential reimbursement.

Other Billing

If you are paying out-of-pocket for services, payment is due at the time of service. Accepted methods of payment include cash, card, check, Venmo, or HSA/FSA cards.

I am currently in the process of enrolling as a new Medicare provider and am not yet able to see patients with Medicare part B. I am able to see patients with Medicare Advantage Plans as an out-of-network provider.

I am not currently accepting L&I patients but am working towards this. I do not currently accept PIP insurance or other third party payors. If you wish to be seen, payment is due at the time of service and you may submit for reimbursement if you wish.

Don’t hesitate to reach out with any billing questions! Navigating insurance can be challenging, but it shouldn’t stand in the way of getting the care you need. Visit the Contact page to get in touch.
